Job Description

• Role Overview: As an Oracle Xstore POS Lead Consultant youll play a pivotal role in managing client engagements related to Oracle XStore product implementation and support. Specifically this position focuses on Application Management Services (AMS) for Xstore POS. Youll collaborate with clients project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Xstore POS Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Oracle Xstore POS framework to lead implementation and support projects. This includes knowledge of features configuration customization and integration with other retail systems.
• Retail Domain Knowledge: Apply your familiarity with retail business processes store operations inventory management and customer interactions. Understand the unique challenges faced by midsized clothing retailers.
• AMS Project Management: Manage AMS engagements including root cause analysis troubleshooting log analysis and adherence to SLAs. Code and debug enhancements within defined timelines.
• Client Communication: Excellent communication skills are vital. Interact with clients business SMEs and technical teams. Translate technical concepts into business terms.
• ProblemSolving: Analyze complex challenges related to Xstore POS and propose effective solutions.
• Team Leadership: Guide project teams collaborate and mentor team members.
• Technical Acumen: Beyond Xstore POS understand related technologies (databases APIs middleware) for seamless integrations.
• Change Management: Implement new solutions within retail stores manage change and ensure smooth user adoption.
