Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with builders ensuring seamless communication and support for HomePro products and services
• Coordinate installations scheduling and followups with builders and HomePros technical team
• Assist in the development and implementation of builder support strategies to enhance cooperation and efficiency
• Provide timely and effective solutions to builders concerns and queries relating to HomePro systems
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create materials and presentations for builderrelated activities
• Stay informed about industry trends builder needs and home automation technology advancements
• Participate in builder showcases events and networking meetings to represent HomePro and its interests

Who Were Looking For

• Customeroriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in coordination roles preferably within the home technology or construction sectors
• Organizational prowess and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detailoriented with a passion for technology and innovation in the home services industry
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or related field
• Selfmotivated team player with a dedication to excellence

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred
• Experience working closely with builders or contractors
• Familiarity with home automation and smart home technologies
