Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies procedures and methods to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead train and manage a team of maintenance technicians fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage maintenancerelated projects including budgeting scheduling and coordinating with external contractors as necessary.
• Oversee inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
• Track and analyze maintenance data to forecast potential system failures or inefficiencies and develop preventative measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations building codes and health and safety standards.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Facility Management or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance management roles preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a highperforming team.
• Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative teamwork.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
