Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact between Operations and Account Executives/Strategic Account Managers facilitating communication via phone and email.
- Collaborate with Sales Team Leaders to efficiently manage account allocations.
- Offer expertise in CRM processes and data management to enhance Sales Team effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure product availability and follow up on inquiries as needed.
- Collect necessary client information for Operations to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions within the CRM system.
- Conduct regular updates with Account Executives/Strategic Account Managers reviewing orders and project statuses and preparing reports for upper management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide valuable insights to the Sales Team.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards regarding sensitive information.
- Demonstrate agility in processing data finding solutions and providing prompt professional responses.
- Fulfill additional duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Prior familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) preferably Dynamics 365.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a highpaced setting.
- Strong proficiency in time and task management with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and with diverse individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent with 12 years of experience in Administrative or Sales Support roles.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness and eligibility to secure and uphold a Nevada Gaming license.
