Tasks

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Marbella. The Operations Manager will oversee daytoday operations ensuring the smooth functioning of our rental properties and optimizing costs without compromising quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills problemsolving abilities and a problemsolving mentality along with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all rental properties to the highest standards coordinating with maintenance teams and vendors as needed.
• Manage scheduling and supervision of cleaning staff to ensure timely property preparation for checkins.
• Implement costsaving strategies while upholding quality standards.
• Address guest issues or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify growth opportunities and improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detailoriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Problemsolving mentality with the ability to tackle challenges effectively.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
