- Oversee and direct Construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Monitor projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Co-coordinate weekly meeting with construction project managers for review of progress and site issue.
- Monitor the work done by Project Managers & Quality team to ensure the Construction Quality System & the compliance.
- Monitor the work done by Project Managers for Progress schedule.
- Ensure that Project Managers have met the contractual conditions of performance.
- Coordinate with Project Managers in regards to Fortnightly Backlog & look ahead plans
- Review construction schedule & take necessary steps (Catch up plan) to meet the critical activities deadlines.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead along with other project managers to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
- Coordinate with Project Managers in regards to Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Follow escalation mechanism to address any critical issues.
- Coordinate with Project Managers in regards to ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Monitor construction projects and contractual regulations for occupational health and environmental protection according to "HSE Program Site.
- Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Quality department requirements and Audits.
- Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Business development & tenders management activities when requested.
