Join our client a TOP5 global software quality assurance company as an SDR Manager (Remote in the US). Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO you will play a crucial role in the company by generating new business opportunities and training the SDR team to achieve sales targets. This role is ideal for an experienced outbound sales professional and playercoach who is comfortable training 24 remote SDRs and carrying both team and personal quotas.

Responsibilities:
- Quota/KPI: in 3 months close 1 deal; in 6 months generate $60K MRR
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling email and LinkedIn outreach
- Train coach and mentor the SDR team to ensure they meet or exceed personal and team sales targets
- Analyze sales metrics and activities to make datadriven decisions
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track sales performance and manage pipeline (HubSpot ZoomInfo)
- Perform sales planning forecasting and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15 years of SDR Manager experience and 4y in tech sales
- Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience training coaching and mentoring SDR teams
- Excellent proficiency in cold calling email and LinkedIn outreach and automation
- Wellorganized and detailoriented
- Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
- Analytical and resultsdriven mindset
- Supportive willing to collaborate and help other team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5y of tech sales experience in Load & Performance Testing Software Testing QA Testing or Software Development
- Strong background is selling to the ICP/Buyer persona
- Closing experience is an advantage
- Book of business is a plus
