- Sie verfolgen kontinuierlich aktuelle technologische Trends und beobachten Markt, Kunden und Wettbewerb.
- Sie sammeln Anforderungen unterschiedlicher Stakeholder wie Kunden, Markt, Regionalvertrieb, System Einheit, Digital Services und Manager of Service.
- Sie bewerten und priorisieren systematisch die Anforderungen bzgl. funktionaler, technischer und wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte, Mehrwerte für den Kunden, Geschäftspotentiale und der strategischen Ausrichtung des Customer Services (CS) Spares Geschäfts-Portfolios.
