What part will you play?
- Support to Service and Project Delivery teams,
- Faults (inc remote dial ups)
- COP4 Routine Meter Calibration
- Technical Assurance Audits
- BSCP Settlement Registration Activities
- Administration of Service and Project Delivery documentation,
- Assisting with HP015 handovers from project to service delivery
- Maintaining and updating site records
- Data entry, retrieval and database/spreadsheet updating.
- Close collaboration between all service delivery spreadsheets and DB’s
- Periodic Annual MOA customer reporting
