ABOUT THE ROLE

Edge Tutor is seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive the expansion of our client base. We are looking for an individual who is adept at identifying potential clients securing meetings and fostering relationships to fuel our growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify potential clients and key decisionmakers within educational institutions. Develop and execute innovative strategies to generate highquality leads.
2. Meeting Setting: Engage with leads through effective communication and relationshipbuilding to secure meetings with decisionmakers. Present the value proposition of Edge Tutor convincingly to prospects.
4. Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the team to create customized proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure proposals are compelling and aligned with client objectives.
5. Transitioning Leads to Pilot: Facilitate the seamless transition from proposal to pilot phase by coordinating with Account Managers. Provide necessary support to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Educational Backbone: A degree in business administration marketing or a related field or equivalent handson experience.
• Proven Prowess: A track record of at least 23 years in BtoB Lead Generation or Sales role
• Dynamic Communication: Stellar communication negotiation and presentation skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
• Master of Multitasking: Youre independent prioritizing tasks with finesse.
• Educational Advocate: Passion for education and the drive to impact the educational community for the better.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with CRM is a must.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
• Willingness to make sales calls during evenings due to the majority of our clients being located outside the Philippines.

EVALUATION PROCESS:
Candidates will undergo an assessment process that includes a practical task of generating leads within a defined scope. This evaluation will help us gauge candidates ability to meet the demands of the role and contribute to Edge Tutors growth objectives.
