Overview

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and align design concepts with project requirements and client specifications.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between architectural teams project managers and stakeholders.
• Review architectural drawings plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals.
• Manage design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess design implementation and address any coordination issues.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create and modify architectural drawings and plans.
• Provide support in the selection of materials finishes and architectural details.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide valuable input on design coordination matters.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of design standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth project progression.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to design coordination activities.
• Conduct research on emerging design trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Participate in the evaluation of design proposals and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with building codes zoning regulations and other relevant requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design coordination processes and methodologies.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design coordination or a similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence.
• Experience in conducting site visits and assessing design implementation.
• Deep knowledge of architectural principles materials and construction techniques.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple design coordination tasks concurrently.
