Service Desk Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad Madhapur (Kavuri Hills)
Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science
Experience: 13 Years within the BPO or IT Product Services industry
- Promptly address customer queries and issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams until resolution is achieved.
