Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM) utilizing Delphix.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Healthcare domain.
Over 7 years of handson experience in Test Data Management (TDM) using tools such as Delphix Informatica TDM and IBM Infosphere Optim.
Proficient in Data Masking Synthetic Data Generation and Data Subset for various database technologies including Oracle SQL Server MongoDB as well as Flat Files like CSVs FD JSONs XMLs etc.
Familiarity with programming languages/scripting such as Java PowerShell and Python is beneficial.
Strong understanding of data governance data quality and metadata management.
Extensive knowledge in implementing TDM capabilities across testing life cycles.
Additional proficiency in Python and Snowflake is advantageous.
Working knowledge of database management systems like Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to convey methods effectively to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and share techniques.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the determination to apply various techniques to achieve results.
