Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive RE lessons to students in accordance with the schools curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of all students
• Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage their growth
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience of students
• Plan and participate in extracurricular activities such as school trips and events to foster a wellrounded educational experience
• Maintain accurate records of students attendance achievements and behavior and communicate with parents/guardians as necessary
• Stay uptodate with educational developments and implement best practices in teaching methodologies

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the RE curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with students colleagues and parents/guardians
• Proven experience in delivering highquality RE lessons to students of various abilities and backgrounds
• Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
