About the Role:
As a Science Teacher you will play a pivotal role in inspiring students curiosity and passion for Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (ages 1116). You will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging and stimulating Science lessons that adhere to the National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Science curriculum in collaboration with the Science department.
- Effectively assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure their academic development.
- Providing guidance and support to students both within and beyond the classroom.
- Actively participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science (or a relevant Science subject)
- A minimum of two years successful teaching experience (or strong ECTs with demonstrable potential)
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Science education
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to create engaging and interactive lessons
- Effective classroom management skills
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
