Azure AD Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to endusers including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Maintain and manage computer systems servers and network infrastructure
• Monitor system performance identify and address potential issues to ensure the networks reliability and security
• Inventory management of hardware and software assets
• Assist with equipment setup repair and replacement
• Implement and maintain network security measures including firewalls and antivirus software
• Maintain documentation of hardware and software configurations user guides and troubleshooting procedures
• Ensure that systems and networks comply with security policies and regulations
• Interact with technology vendors for procurement maintenance and support of IT equipment and services.
• Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades migrations and infrastructure expansion

Your profile

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Azure AD/Entra administration is a must have
• Proficiency Azure Intune
• Proven experience in IT Systems
• Strong expertise in networking virtualisation Azure and server management
• Strong background in cybersecurity and automation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with firewalls networking concepts and relevant IT tools (e.g. Veeam PRTG AD Connect).
• Effective communication skills in English language
