TEAM LEWIS is in search of an ambitious and peoplecentric Talent Coordinator. Our team is made up of likeminded collaborative individuals focussed on ensuring that TEAM LEWIS is an excellent and rewarding place to work. The Talent Coordinator will proactively source the best talent in the market. They will work closely with stakeholders in the business to understand the support they need to develop and grow their teams. The Talent Coordinator will also drive an efficient and effective onboarding process.

Core responsibilities

  • Headhunting candidates via LinkedIn recruiter and other sources for junior to midlevel France based roles in PR Digital Creative and Operations
  • Responsible for managing all French job adverts and responses shortlisting suitable candidates via the Team Tailor ATS system
  • Manage the relationship with candidates from initiating first contact screening conversations coordinating interviews feedback conversations and offer
  • Profiling candidates for the hiring manager to review
  • Actively build relationships with hiring managers across the business to align and improve recruiting efforts be consultative re candidate profiles and hiring needs
  • First point of contact for candidates expressing interest in TEAM LEWIS
  • Responsible for sending offer letters and contracts ensuring all information is updated on our internal system BambooHR
  • Support the team with the onboarding of new joiners creating induction schedules preparing IT Tickets and equipment and more
  • Research the candidate market; track talent by identifying potential candidates and establish relationships to build a pipeline and talent pool for future roles
  • Report on key metrics salary benchmarking and wider market insights and trends
  • Regularly promote the internal referral scheme
  • Schedule regular feedback sessions throughout the probation period reporting back and addressing any pertinent findings
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure employer brand consistency across the TEAM LEWIS careers page and social channels (Twitter Instagram LinkedIn etc.)

About you

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised; ability to prioritise and multitask; attention to detail
  • Strong Excel Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Energetic goodhumoured pragmatic a credible team player
