Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Regional Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing and business development efforts in the MENA region. As the Regional Marketing Manager you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities monitoring the regional market landscape and competitors and developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive business growth. Your role will play a crucial part in shaping the success of our regional marketing initiatives.


Job Dimensions

Working under our global marketing plan as Regional Marketing Manager you will work closely with Regional General Manager Regional Sales Teams and other functions with functional reporting lines to Lucy Electric Marketing Director.

The role will be based in our Regional Headquarters office in Riyadh and will require traveling to regional countries and to the UK when needed.


Key Accountabilities

1. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends customer needs and untapped opportunities in the region.
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics industry developments and competitive activities to stay informed about the regional landscape.
  • Identify and evaluate potential target segments customer profiles and market entry strategies for effective market penetration.

2. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop a comprehensive regional marketing plan aligned with the companys objectives incorporating market insights and growth opportunities.
  • Define clear marketing objectives target metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of regional marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing strategies with product development sales and overall business strategies.

3. Brand Management and Positioning:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging positioning and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints within the region.
  • Develop and execute brandbuilding initiatives including advertising campaigns sponsorships events and public relations activities.
  • Maintain brand guidelines monitor brand perception and take proactive measures to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the region.

4. Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Create innovative and effective marketing campaigns tailored to the regional market leveraging various channels such as digital marketing social media print events etc.
  • Oversee the endtoend execution of marketing campaigns including planning content development creative direction media buying and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign results analyze data and make datadriven adjustments to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

5. Marketing Collateral and Content Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing collaterals sales tools presentations and digital content specific to the region.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials are accurate engaging and aligned with brand guidelines and local market preferences.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including agencies designers and copywriters to deliver highquality marketing assets.

6. Relationship Management and Collaboration:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including regional sales teams distributors partners and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Liaise with global marketing teams to share best practices leverage global marketing assets and contribute to global marketing initiatives.


Requirements

1. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in regional marketing roles preferably in a multinational or regional company.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

2. Strategic Thinking and Market Insight:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market opportunities and formulate effective marketing strategies.
  • Indepth knowledge of regional market trends consumer behavior and industry dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze market research data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.

3. Creative and Innovative Mindset:

  • Demonstrated creativity in developing marketing campaigns and collateral that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand.
  • Ability to think outside the box embrace new marketing trends and leverage digital platforms for effective marketing communication.

4. Project Management and Execution:

  • Strong project management skills to effectively plan execute and monitor multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail ability to meet deadlines and proven experience in managing marketing budgets effectively.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools analytics platforms and project management software.

5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships influence crossfunctional teams and work in a multicultural environment.
