Senior SAP S4Hana FinanceTax Consultant

Our customer within the Pharma industry has initiated a global Business Process and ERP Transformation Program to globally harmonize business processes and systems and help manage the company as efficiently as possible.

For the upcoming deployments we are looking for a Senior SAP S/4Hana Finance/Tax Consultant.

The role is a fulltime role. The expected duration of the engagement is 612months.

Start: can be aligned

Duration: 612 months (optional for extension)

Location: Remote 20% travel to Switzerland Germany and/or Hungary

Tasks

• The role will be mainly responsible to support the Finance Deployment Stream within the S/4 HanaProgram.
• Acting as a business process specialist and expert for Finance/ Tax
• Actively drive and support the project deployment relevant deliverables around requirement gathering (fit/gap) testing change management and hypercare phases.
• Ensuring that all parallel deployment as well as the S/4Hana work package are on track
• Ensuring monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with the other stakeholder within the E2E processes.
• Drive process alignments/solution design with business stakeholders.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Minimum 8 years experience as a SAP FI/CO Consultant.
• Minimum 10 years experience in business process management SAP ERP S/4Hana IT and groupwide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare)
• Experience with SAP Tax solution for EU countries and other regions.
• Deep knowledge on SAP S/4Hana Tax solution and processes
• Successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems (including S4 Finance)
• Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep knowledge of financial business or controlling processes.
• Experience with any other SAP Tax solution will be an advantage such as Sovos etc.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams stakeholder communities and end users.
• Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM SAFe)
• Fluent in Englisch

Nice to Have:

• Fluent in German
• Experience in the Pharma industry (Roche and/or Novartis)
