Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Chef de rang to join our dynamic team here at Stanhope Hotel Brussels by Thon Hotels.

• Luxurious. The oldest 5* hotel in Brussels
• English charm. The lobby Salons and restaurant are decorated in traditional British style.

As a Chef de Rang you will delight guests with exceptional service guide them through menu choices lead and mentor your team adapt to various F&B settings and continuously improve service standards based on guest feedback.

Requirements

Our Perfect Match:

• Experience in a similar position. Experience in a (hotel) restaurant as a demichef de rang or chef de rang is required.
• Customer oriented. Making people happy is your priority.
• Communication. You love being in contact with others in English and French; any other language is a plus.
• Flexible. No 95 mentality. You adapt easily to people and situations.
• Accurate. You have an eye for detail.
