About the Role: Senior Manager Liaisoning (Solar)
As a Senior Manager Liaisoning (Solar) at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with government agencies regulatory bodies and other stakeholders in the solar industry. Your responsibilities include navigating legal and regulatory requirements securing permits and approvals and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Functional Parameters:
- Regulatory Compliance:
Target: Ensure full compliance with local state and national regulations in the solar industry aiming for a 100% adherence rate.
- Permitting and Approvals:
Target: Secure necessary permits and approvals for solar projects on time aiming for a 95% success rate.
- Stakeholder Relationships:
Target: Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies utilities and other stakeholders ensuring smooth project execution.
- Policy Advocacy:
Target: Stay informed on industry policies and advocate for favourable regulatory changes that benefit the company and industry.
- Risk Mitigation:
Target: Identify and mitigate regulatory and legal risks associated with solar projects maintaining a clear risk management strategy.
- Document Management:
Target: Maintain accurate and organized records of permits licenses and correspondence ensuring readiness for audits or inspections.
- Compliance Training:
Target: Provide training and updates to internal teams on regulatory changes and compliance requirements to maintain high levels of awareness.
- Project Coordination:
Target: Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure compliance requirements are met on schedule.
- Government Liaisoning:
Target: Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies utilities and other regulatory bodies for all projects.
- Community Engagement:
Target: Foster positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders to enhance project acceptance and success.
