Role Overview:
As a Temporary Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in shaping the development of our HR tech product. Your primary responsibilities will include writing user stories and conducting competitor research to provide valuable insights. This temporary assignment offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking project and potentially transition into a consulting role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Write comprehensive user stories for the development team ensuring clarity feasibility and alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Conduct thorough research on competitors within the HR tech industry analyze their products features and market positioning and prepare a detailed report to inform our product strategy.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development team to validate requirements prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with value delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements facilitate discussions and address any issues or concerns.
Provide support for any additional tasks related to the development and enhancement of the HR tech product as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the technology or HR industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable user stories.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to diverse audiences.
Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Futurefocused mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field preferred.
