Jr Graphic Designer

• Develop visual concepts and graphics for various projects including print and digital materials to effectively communicate the desired message and brand identity.
• Create and design marketing materials such as brochures flyers posters banners logos and social media graphics adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team clients or project managers to understand design requirements objectives and target audience preferences.
• Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) to create original artwork and layouts for print and digital media.
• Select colors images typography and other design elements to enhance visual appeal and convey the intended message effectively.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends design techniques and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and enhance skills.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Prepare final artwork for production ensuring accurate specifications dimensions and file formats for printing or digital publishing.
• Maintain organized files and archives of design assets ensuring easy access and retrieval for future projects.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and highquality design work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in artwork production ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with web design principles UX/UI concepts and multimedia design is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics animation or video editing is advantageous but not required.
