• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate services and properties effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define target audiences positioning and messaging strategies.
• Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

• Define and enhance the brand identity of Resset Properties ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Develop branding initiatives that differentiate our firm in the competitive real estate market

• Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Diploma/Certificate in Marketing Management from some leading institution like MICA.
• Proven experience in marketing roles preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media email marketing and SEO/SEM.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for branding and design.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
