What we are looking for:
We are looking for Software Developer Engineer to join our team and help us build amazing web applications You are someone who has a good understanding of web applications and enjoys working on complex challenges to build a robust infrastructure to support our product and technology team.
What will you do
- Translate business requirements into highquality code
- .Architect and conceptualize the product from initiation
- Design develop test and maintain backend components and services for web applications using Python Django RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with frontend developers product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high
- quality features and user experiences.
- Follow best practices and standards for coding testing documentation and deployment.
- Focus on code maintainability and performance of the application.
- Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle.
- Enhance analytics and overall backend architecture for better performance.
- Integration of userfacing elements developed by a frontend developer with serverside logic.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues optimize performance and ensure scalability and security of the applications.
- Research and learn new technologies and tools to improve the backend architecture and processes.
What do you need
- 3 6 years of professional experience as a backend developer working with web applications.
- Strong knowledge of Python Django RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with public cloud provider like AWS / Azure.
- Experience with version control testing frameworks CI/CD tools and cloud platforms.
- Experience in DevOps tools like Terraform and Server less Framework
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with event driven programming as well as the Model View Controller (MVC)
- Data management experience is preferable
- Experience in managing large data volumes (more than 5 million rows)
- Experience in creating ETL flows writing SQL queries.
- Computer Science fundamentals in objectoriented design data structures algorithm design problem solving and complexity analysis.
- Ability to work on and manage multiple concurrent projects for multiple stakeholders with a quality focused approach
