JOB ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and selfmotivated Sr Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills passion for sales and ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into sales.
- Handle customer objections and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
QUALIFICATION:
Any Graduate
EXPERIENCE
- 25 years experience in tele sales and revenue generation
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
SKILLS
- Excellent communication and conversational skills.
- Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM.
