The Tech Lead CIAM plays a pivotal role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function situated within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). This position is responsible for leading the technical aspects of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment. The Tech Lead provides guidance technical expertise and assistance in project planning ensuring the successful implementation and operation of CIAM initiatives. Additionally they serve as the goto person for difficult technical issues design solutions for advanced problems and assist the Assistant Director in breaking down big pieces of work into smaller tasks.
