As an International Recruiter at Recruit4Work you will play a pivotal role in sourcing attracting and placing candidates in a variety of positions across different industries and locations in Europe. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills networking abilities and a keen eye for talent to match candidates with the perfect opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels networking and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles and industries.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep abreast of industry trends market changes and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed individual and teambased recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential; fluency in a third language is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
