The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers providing expertise and support in all areas of human resources management. Responsibilities include strategic HR planning employee relations talent management HR compliance employee engagement and wellness HR analytics and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Several years of experience in HR roles with a focus on HR business partnering. Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience working in a global or multisite organization is a plus. HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRMCP) is desirable but not always required.
