Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. We are seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to help us serve 1200 new patients per year.

- Radiation Oncology

- Lab and Pharmacy (board certified oncology pharmacist onsite)

- Salary Range: xx500000 to xx600000/year Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term. Based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency/fellowship) or Board Certified in Hematology REQUIRED
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency/fellowship) or Board Certified in Medical Oncology REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Date of agencys last communication with provider (add to Additional Submission Details) REQUIRED
- Why is candidate interested in BVHS (add to Additional Submission Details) REQUIRED
- Note if provider is interested in PT or FT employment (add to Additional Submission Details) REQUIRED
