Talent Sourcer

The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing identifying and developing candidate relationships through various channels to build a talent pipeline. This role demands proactive engagement in networking conducting research and implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards professional associations and social networking sites.
• Conduct cold calls manage email campaigns and utilize networking to locate qualified candidates.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and perform preliminary phone screenings.
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with potential candidates to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent.
• Research and implement innovative candidate identification strategies.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in technical staffing corporate recruiting or a researchfocused setting.
• Strong aptitude for technology and experience in cold calling networking and data mining.
• Proven ability in handling multiple priorities with quick turnaround times.
• Creative thinking problemsolving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
