Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in orthopedic surgeries under the guidance of experienced surgeons
• Participate in preoperative preparations and patient assessments
• Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery
• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic conditions
• Participate in ward rounds and patient consultations
• Contribute to the development of treatment plans
• Assist in the interpretation of diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards
• Conduct research and stay updated with medical advancements

Required Qualifications

• MBBS degree with a focus on orthopedic surgery
• Completion of internship and residency in orthopedic surgery
• Valid medical license and registration
• Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures and techniques
• Proficiency in surgical assisting and sterile techniques
• Excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced surgical environment
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
