Overview
As a Fresher Assistant Orthopedic Surgeon you will play a crucial role in providing surgical assistance patient care and support to the orthopedic surgery team. You will collaborate closely with experienced surgeons and medical staff to ensure the delivery of highquality patient care and optimal surgical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in orthopedic surgeries under the guidance of experienced surgeons
- Participate in preoperative preparations and patient assessments
- Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery
- Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic conditions
- Participate in ward rounds and patient consultations
- Contribute to the development of treatment plans
- Assist in the interpretation of diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Conduct research and stay updated with medical advancements
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree with a focus on orthopedic surgery
- Completion of internship and residency in orthopedic surgery
- Valid medical license and registration
- Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures and techniques
- Proficiency in surgical assisting and sterile techniques
- Excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced surgical environment
