Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the project team in the planning and execution of engineering projects
• Prepare project proposals budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Perform technical analysis and provide innovative solutions to engineering problems
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and project team members
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Evaluate and report on project outcomes to stakeholders
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in project management and engineering design
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Sound knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Understanding of financial and budgeting processes
• Experience in risk management and quality assurance
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking capabilities
