Administrative Support (Ref: MGMT 202413)

The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is looking for an Administrative Support to work in the financial area of the Administrative Support Unit.

ICIQ is one of the worlds internationally recognized leading institutions in the field of chemistry committed to solving major social and economic challenges by conducting top quality research in three main areas: Sustainable Catalysis Renewable Energy and Health. The institute also aims at training the future generation of scientists by offering highquality educational programs to master PhD students and postdoctoral researchers (full details on ).

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing orders and reporting of research projects:
  • Processing purchasing orders and their followup.
  • Reporting of research projects including intermediate and final reports and control of abstracts presentations posters to ensure publicity on funding.
  • Management of invoices payments and control of the budget of the research groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or VET Training in Business Administration.
  • Proof of experience in similar positions: 2 years working as an administrative support in a research centre or University will be appreciated.
  • Catalan Spanish and English level: fluent conversation (certificates not required).
  • Good knowledge about Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint).

    • Gesti de factures pagaments i control del pressupost dels grups de recerca.

Requisits:

  • Formaci de grau o CFGS en Administraci i Finances o Similar.
  • Acreditaci dexperincia es valorara especialment en un centre de recerca o Universitat.
  • Nivell de catal castell i angls: conversa fluida (no cal certificat).
  • Bon coneixement de les eines de Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word i PowerPoint).
