We are looking to strengthen our team for our cellars in Bingen and Leiwen (flexible period from approx. mid of August to mid of October) with a motivated reliable and dedicated

Assistant Winemaker (m/f/d)

for the grape harvest 2024

Tasks

• reception analysis preclarification and storage of must
• sensory and analytical monitoring of fermentation
• Tasks in the daytoday business of the cellars
• Participation in all necessary documentation work

Requirements

You are a trained viticultural technician or wine cooper or have studied viticulture and oenology you are motivated and committed a team player and able to work under pressure and of course bring your passion for wine with you.
