We are looking for Cisco IPT Network Voice Cisco Collaboration Engineer for our managed service practice. Candidate must have 3 and above years of progressive Support and Deployment experience with the following technologies:

• Intermediate level experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure.
  
• Basic Understanding of concepts: OSI and TCP/IP Model VTP STP Ether channel Routing Protocols etc.
  
• Able to apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and isolate VoIP Issues.
  
• Intermediate understanding of the following Cisco Unified Communication Products.
  
• CUCM 7.x 8.x and above.
  
• Cisco unity connection
  
• Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers and Analog gateways).
  
• Gateway protocols: H323 SIP MGCP Trunks E1/ T1(CAS CCS) FXS /FXO etc.
  
• Gatekeepers.
  
• Understanding of CUBE.
  
• IM&P/Cisco Jabber.
  
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with all nationalities and cultures.
  
• Proactive attitude to use his/her initiative to react quickly to work effectively in emergency situations under minimum supervision.
  
• Selfmotivated and capable to work within a strong team environment is essential.
  
• Must be fluent in English language.
  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to divide focus among many different projects.
  
• Ability to understand analyze and resolve problems quickly.
  

Requirements

Education Requirement:

Bachelors in Engineering or BTech (Computer Science or Telecom)

Bachelors in Engineering requirement waived for Candidates who have CCIE and any bachelor s degree.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills Required.

Experience Required: 36 Years
