Financial Analyst

Our client the BIG FOUR consulting firm is hiring for the Financial Analyst position in the Montreal Area. This is a contract hybrid position. The hourly compensation rate is negotiable. Must be bilingual.

The Financial Analyst may be responsible for but is not limited to;

• Preparing profit and loss models balance sheets and other management reports using Microsoft Excel to forecast financial outcomes
• Maintaining confidential financial information
• Performing budgeting variance and forecasting analysis for various levels of management
• Analyze investment projects
• Forecast future trends in investments stocks and other financial projects
• Forecast different scenarios and ways to deal with each potential outcome
• Develop risk profiles for clients
• Compile investment data in organized reporting systems
• Advise clients on how to proceed with financial projects based on analysis of the market (past and present)
• Develop tools to optimize the analysis of financial documents
