Tasks

• Provide technical support to customers via phone email or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to waste handling processes computer vision deep learning algorithms and robotic technologies
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and address product defects or enhancements
• Document customer interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or customer service role
