About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Foster a love of learning and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Contribute to the development of the schools Maths curriculum ensuring it aligns with national guidelines.
• Employ innovative teaching methods that cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
• Play an active role in the schools professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a strong qualification in Mathematics (PGCE or equivalent).
• Demonstrates a passion for Maths and the ability to inspire students.
• Holds a proven track record of success in teaching Maths at a secondary level (experience is preferable but not essential).
• Employs a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learners.
• Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• Committed to ongoing professional development.
