History teacher- Beautiful school in Barnet- April start

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and wellstructured History lessons
• Tailor teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each student
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
• Encourage critical thinking and analytical skills through classroom discussions and activities
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and organize educational trips and events
• Maintain accurate and uptodate student records

Requirements

• A relevant degree in History or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching History in a primary or secondary setting
• Excellent knowledge of the History curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate students
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
• Organizational skills and ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
