• A bachelor`s degree in Automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, logistics, transportation management or a related field is typically required.
• Strong understanding of diesel engines, vehicle electrical systems, hydraulic and other mechanical components commonly found in reefer trucks
• Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for reefer trucks to maximize equipment reliability and minimize breakdowns.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and refrigeration issues to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime.
