- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHSS programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead a team of EHSS professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective program implementation and compliance.
- Drive the organization's EHSS culture by promoting awareness, engagement, and accountability at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and assess EHSS risks and hazards, conducting regular inspections, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
