Recruitment Manager - Savoy Sharm Group

Job Description:

Savoy Sharm Group is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for our company ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain highquality candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job portals social media and networking events
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner
Manage the onboarding process for new hires including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork
Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and reports
Continuously improve the recruitment process by implementing best practices and staying updated on industry trends
Build and maintain relationships with universities recruitment agencies and other external partners to attract top talent

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
Fluent in English both written and spoken
