- Create Business Blueprint, Functional Design, Test case script, User manuals and Training sessions.
- Maintain the documentation up to date of any change.
- Analysis and management of request for new developments, improvements and needs from business users.
- Analysis and management of issues regarding the behaviour of the process and the system.
- Set up, maintain and document all customizing changes in the system.
- Perform and document test scenarios after every change.
- Identify system or procedure improvements in a proactive way.
- Analyze and Identify possible dependencies between TRM and the rest of SAP modules.
