Job Description:

Required Qualification:

The Consultants shall develop with assistance from the SOS Information Technology Division (ITD) staff a Data Integration Plan that documents the processes to create a single stream of consolidated clean data for Notary functions to be migrated from the legacy Notary Public System into the new target system. The Data Integration Plan must be provided and approved within twenty (20) State business days of Contract execution.

Document clear objectives for the contract deliverables that will be measured monitored and documented (comprehensive metrics). In addition considering the overarching set of data migration activities that comprise the ETL (Extract Transform Load) cycle

Data Cleansing and Standardization.

Describe the data cleansing strategy that includes:

Premigration analysis of legacy systems.

Data profiling.

Data standardization.

Data extraction roles and responsibilities including target environments.

Data cleansing process both automated and manual.

Data Transformation:

a. Describe the strategy to identify specific data within legacy Notary Public system (table and field levels) that are to be transformed to the new schema and migrated to the new NAP 2.0 system.

b. Describe the strategy to map approved legacy NAP data to the new SOS NAP 2.0 schema at the data field level including creation of needed target system fields not in legacy systems. Describe how data will be transformed to the new schema. d. Describe the testing strategy that when executed validates all data transformed successfully.

Data Load:

a. Describe the assistance to be provided to the System Integrator with issues related to data load into the Migration Staging Environment including:

Strategy to migrate cleansed data from the recommended Data Quality Tool into the Migration Staging database.

Processes that will be conducted in the Migration Staging Environment to perform data transformations.

Testing that will be done to validate all data was moved to the Migration Staging Environment in the correct format.
