Technical Specialist

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams and clients
• Assist in the design and implementation of technical systems and solutions
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and develop and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure technical projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct research and recommend new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Train and support staff on the use of technical systems and tools
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of hardware software and other technical products
• Manage and prioritize multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in technology
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes and procedures
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed
• Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation of new systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of technical systems and data

Required Qualifications:

• B.E/ B.Tech MBA
• 1 Yrs of experience in Data Center or Network related projects NOC SOC is MUST
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as network infrastructure system administration or software development
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are advantageous
• Understanding of security protocols and measures
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
• Experience with cloud technologies and services is a plus
• Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
