Business Development Executive

The salary listed includes the commissions and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Generate and qualify leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including the production team to develop and implement effective and smooth executions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline and performance to the management team.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in business development and sales.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and business development processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
