Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our advertising and marketing campaigns by managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop and execute innovative strategies that meet our clients goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic advertising and marketing plans that align with their business goals and target audiences.
• Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to translate client briefs into compelling and effective campaigns that deliver results.
• Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell additional services to existing clients driving revenue growth for the agency.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing providing thought leadership and innovative ideas to clients.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years proven experience as an Account Manager within the advertising and marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles with the ability to develop strategic plans and creative campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience in Social Media platforms and tools (e.g. Instagram Facebook and Tiktok)
