• You will be responsible for developing strong ongoing relationships with clients and key accounts
• Supporting core business activities and enhance strategic business activities with existing VLINE customers
• You are responsible for identifying customer needs and requirements
• You are responsible for resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
• Supporting global offices sales & operation activities such as clarifications OSDRs resolutions urgent inquiries and meetings payments IT/Portal related issues and monitoring their performance
• You will represent the complete VLINE GROUP in that specific region
• You will cooperate with the global sales team for strategic business activities for new clients and markets

Your profile:

• Degree in business or related field or work experience in a similar position
• An open and communicative personality is an advantage
• You have a good command of English
• You have knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers needs
• You have a structured and independent way of working
