About the Role

This contract talent acquisition specialist will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent through crafting job descriptions sourcing candidates and conducting interviews during the company's busy season. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers engage in employer branding initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure an efficient and effective talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing HVAC & Plumbing candidates for multiple regions across the Southwest United States.
  • Experience using various sourcing methods like LinkedIn & Indeed to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the desired qualifications.
  • Conducting interviews both inperson and virtual to assess candidates' skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs provide regular updates on recruitment progress and facilitate the offer negotiation process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
  • Track emails sent vs apps submitted vs hires.
  • Experience with Indeed & LinkedIn.
  • Experience placing technicians construction workers or laborers.
  • 2 years experience.
